Who we are
CruxBridge Global (“we”) provides admissions and financial aid guidance to students applying to universities. You can reach us at admissions@cruxbridge.org or on WhatsApp at +92 337 0114776.
What we collect
- Details you give us in our forms and tools: the student's name, your WhatsApp number, the country you live in, your school, grades, test scores, intended major, countries of interest, budget and anything you choose to tell us.
- Tool inputs and results from University Match and Aid Finder, so we can review your list with you.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Analytics, only if you accept the cookie notice: pages visited and how the site is used, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, arrange your free strategy session and send the guides or lists you ask for.
- To prepare advice for your application if you work with us.
- With your consent, to understand which pages help students and to measure our advertising.
We don't sell your details and we don't share your number with universities or other companies.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored with the services that run our website and records: Netlify (website hosting and forms), Google (Google Sheets) and WhatsApp. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful for your application, and for no more than two years after our last contact, unless you work with us and we need records for that work. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing admissions@cruxbridge.org.
- Tell us to stop contacting you at any time: reply “stop” on WhatsApp.
- Decline analytics cookies in the cookie notice. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser.
Students under 18
Many of our students are under 18. If you are, please make sure a parent or guardian knows you are contacting us. Parents are welcome in every session.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
